Friday, January 2nd, 2004 (Royal Oak, MI)

Okay, I lied about that being the last post. This is really the last post. In the future, I'll be updating my website rather than keeping this online journal. After getting back in Detroit, I realized how much it sucks to live alone, plus my condo is really expensive to keep. So I ended up renting it out to the same renter for another month. She gets a convenient place to live, and I get my expensive housing obligations covered for another month. I'm living now as the 3rd roommate with my friend Jay in Royal Oak. This way, I will avoid spending lots of money on housing, which is important when you have no income, and I'll also be able to experience the closest thing to an urban lifestyle as Michigan has available. I can actually walk to a coffee shop and little downtown area. That, and I'm not living devoid of human interaction for days at a time. Okay, so that's my last update.
